I want to suggest that, in most of profiles photos not
available there. You Make photo field compulsory So that We
can Get interest in Any profile otherwise We have to meet
them and it is very time consuming. But if they upload their
photos then it shud be Easy for all Users.
I wish dat u will take some actions among them quickly.
